A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On October 17, 2014, around 17:00, the Defendant received KRW 100,00 from Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, 304-7, to request a psychotropic drug Mesponist (one Mespon (one Mespon; hereinafter “Handphone”) to seek a psychotropic drug Mespon (one Mespon (one Mespon”), and then arranged to sell and sell the Mespon in a way that amsponsponsponsponsponsponsponspons, and arranged to sell and sell the Mesponsponsponsponspons, three times in total, from that time to November 2014, as indicated in attached Form I, as shown in attached Form I.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

B. On December 29, 2014, at around 21:15, the Defendant possessed marijuana by inserting approximately 1.6g of marijuana in a portable brand at the above Defendant’s house.
