A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant handled the Mepta (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) and marijuana as follows:

1. At around 12:30 on September 24, 2019, the Defendant administered a phiphone in collusion with Vietnam women’s child-friendly Gu (one-time time) (one-time “C”), with his/her female, by raising the volume of the phiphone into a glass pipe, by passing through the philogram, and then passing through the philogram as soon as possible, and then inhaleing the philophone as indicated in the attached list of crimes (1).

2. The Defendant smoked marijuana at around 20:0 on July 14, 2019, in collusion with, and around 4 times until November 20, 2019, as indicated in the annexed list of crimes (2) including, but not limited to, smoking of marijuana, by removing tobacco leaves at the mutual influence points of the tourists of Vietnam, inserting the influence of marijuana, attaching the influencies of marijuana, attaching the fluencies to the foreigners on their names, and making a smoke through a smoke.

1. Application of Acts and subordinate statutes on site addresses and building names, gas pipes dealing with harmful insects, and mert cancer drugs (pinyl chlorides by gas);

1. Article 60 of the Act on the Management of Narcotics, etc. under Relevant Acts concerning criminal facts;
