A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. At around 01:00 on January 12, 2010, the Defendant, along with C and D, administered phiphones by inserting the volume of phiphones purchased from the local human body of Cambodia into three for a single-use, dilution into three for a single-use, and injection into the main body of the Defendant C and D’s arms, and (2) around 19:00 on January 13, 2010, at a mutually influent hotel room located at the time of Cambodian City, D’s chophones, and as above, d chophones into three for a single-use, dilution with the Defendant and C and D, respectively.

B. At around 18:00 on March 2015, the Defendant, along with D, administered philopon with D, in the Defendant’s rocketing car set up in the vicinity of subway F Station located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by inserting the volume of philopon’s unfolded into two for a single-time divers, and by dilutioning it with a long number of bio-phones into each of his arms blood banks.

C. At around 21:00 on October 21, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into the Defendant’s arms bloodline.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On December 17, 2014, around 17:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana in the alley way near the subway stations in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, by inserting in the pipe made by tobacco paper and spraying it with a fire.

In addition, from that time until February 21, 2016, the Defendant smoked marijuana at least nine times in total in the same manner as indicated in the annexed list of crimes.

“1:00” from the time of entry in No. 9 of the attached list of crimes attached to the indictment shall be “21:00.”
