Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CM car.

1. On April 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from D Driving), violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving of Drinking), and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “E”), driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.116% on April 30, 2015, and driving the two lanes along the two-lane road in front of “E” located in D at Yangju City from the City of Speaker to the eastcheon City.
