A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant operated the car that was not covered by mandatory insurance.
[2016 Highest 2878] The Defendant is a holder of a B X-ray car.
No owner of a motor vehicle shall operate any motor vehicle on the road, which has not been covered by mandatory insurance.
Nevertheless, at around July 9, 2016, the Defendant operated the said vehicle that was not mandatory insurance on the front side of the 108 Gamond off road of the member-gu, Ansan-si on July 9, 2016.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
Nevertheless, on May 13, 2016, the Defendant operated the said automobile that was not covered by mandatory insurance from the 61st day of the 19:30 Emblsan-si, Ansan-si to the 193-9 front road from the 61st day of the Masan-si, Ansan-si.

No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
Nevertheless, at around 22:40 on August 20, 2016, the Defendant operated the said automobile without mandatory insurance from the front road of the Osan-si, Osan-si, Osan-si to the front road of the Geumsung-si, Osan-si, 200.
[2016 Highest 3716] The Defendant is a holder of a B X-ray car.
The Defendant, at around 13:20 on October 6, 2016, did not purchase mandatory insurance on the front road of the member-gu, Ansan-si.
