Punishment of the crime

From one name H, the Defendants received a proposal to acquire the loans from financial institutions on the ground of false lessees, and agreed in order, since the loans to ordinary people and workers who are managed by the Korea Housing Finance Corporation from the National Housing Fund as financial resources of the State through I are practically conducted through documentary examination without due diligence.

1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant B, through H, conspired with H to deliver documents related to a loan to a lessee who is not aware of the name regarding the loan of pre-paid funds through I, and to assist the lessee in the application for the loan by accompanying the lessee to the bank, and then the bank transfers the loan to the lessee, then withdrawing the loan with the lessee in cash if the bank transfers the loan to the lessee, and Defendant B conspired in order to have the lessee prepare a false certificate of employment to the lessee and deliver it to the Defendant A.
