A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence 2 through 4 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, D, E, F, and G’s co-principal committed a crime with intent to take part in the crime by falsely applying for a loan of a house leasing loan from a financial institution and seeking an explanation that it is possible to acquire the loan from the financial institution and seeking to take part in the crime.

The Defendant, as above, prepared a false lease agreement and delivered it to E, etc. upon D’s instructions, and E, together with N around December 27, 2013, had N enter into a false lease agreement and a false employment certificate, etc. to an employee in charge of loans whose name cannot be known at the three points of the Victim Bank's Seoul metropolitan area located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon.
