A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide game water not classified by the Game Water Management Committee for distribution or use, or display or store for such purposes, and arrange exchange or exchange of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water or purchase of such results as a business.

Nevertheless, from mid-200 on December 2017 to January 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) installed 20 game for Alraidine Alidine 20, and provided 12 game for use, which was not classified in the second floor located in the building located in the building located in the building located in the building located in the Nam-gu in Gwangju, Nam-gu; and (b) granted 10,000 points to the above storage card after receiving 10,000 won from the customers who found the place; and (c) granted 10,000 points to the above storage card, the customers would practice the game using the above storage card and lose or obtain the points according to the results of the operation of the game by using the storage card; and (d) made it possible to exchange the above storage card by giving 10,000 won per 10,000 points according to the accumulated points.

As a result, the defendant provided ungraded game water for use, and exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water for business purposes.
