A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year for violating the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 14th day of the same month.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
