A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 06:00 on July 30, 2013, at the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Police Station D police box located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul and was arrested as a criminal suspect and was investigated as a criminal suspect; (b) he/she had the mind of drinking as if he/she was his/her birth.

(1) The Defendant, at the same time and place, requested the police officer F to sign a written confirmation to the effect that “E” was notified by the police officer F of the summary of the suspected fact, the grounds for arrest, and the right to appoint a defense counsel, etc., at the same time and place, and the Defendant, in the confirmation column of the said written confirmation, forged a written confirmation under the name E, which is a private document concerning the certification of facts, without authority, for the purpose of exercising the right, and submitted the written confirmation to the said F, who is aware of the fact, as if it were a document duly formed.

B. (1) At the same time and place, the Defendant: (a) requested the above police officer F to sign a written confirmation of the body of the arrested or detained suspect that “the body of the arrested or detained suspect was confirmed at the time of ordinary possession and arrest”; (b) stated “E” in the column for confirmation of the body confirmation of the arrested or detained suspect; and (c) forged a written confirmation of the suspect’s body confirmation of the arrested or detained suspect under the name of E, which is a private document concerning the certificate of fact without authority, for the purpose of exercising the right; and (d) submitted to the above F, who is aware of the fact, the Defendant: (a) submitted the written confirmation of the suspect’s body confirmation of the arrested or detained suspect

2. The Defendant: (i) was investigated by the Gangnam Police Station in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the same day; and (ii) was investigated by the 1st Team office at the time of fraud; and (iii) was signed by the police officer G belonging to the Gangnam Police Station at the 1st Team office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the statement of the suspect interrogation protocol and the confirmation column of the investigation process.
