A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 105"

1. Joint crimes with C or D;

A. From October 21, 2017, around 08:10 on October 21, 2017, the Defendant found that, at around the street in front of the F Industrial Complex located in Seo-gu Incheon, a H Kanop car was not corrected, the market price of KRW 28,000,000 owned by the victim G (51) was not corrected, and the key was displayed, and the Defendant, as between C and D’s view of the network outside of a car, carried into a car and driven it and stolen it.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C and D.

B. The Defendant destroyed property, along with C and D, stolen the car car at the time and place indicated in the above paragraph (a) and damaged the Mediet card, which was installed in the passenger car that was set up in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and was set up outside of the window, in an amount of KRW 200,000,000 in the market value of the above victim’s possession.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C and D, damaged the victim's property.

2. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;

A. From October 21, 2017, around 03:00 on October 21, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim K (25 years old) from the J convenience store located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon with a cresh in which surveillance by the victim K (25 years old) was neglected, with a cresh in which the market price of 2,500 won was caused by the display stand at the display stand.

B. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the F Industrial Complex located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, to the apartment parking lot located in Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, from around 5.5 km to the apartment parking lot.

The defendant and C, "2018 Godan 502", known to the L Center, are between the defendants and C.

On October 24, 2017, at around 11:20, the Defendant, along with “NPC room” located on the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu M and the first underground floor, listened to the phrase “A, who would bring about walling because the Defendant is a side person,” and consented thereto.
