A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The seized evidence of subparagraphs 3 through 5 (excluding the portion of appraisal and consumption) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On January 13, 2019, around 16:30 on January 13, 2019, the Defendant provided, within the CM7 passenger car parked in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, D with a single-use injection device containing 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs (i.e., one-day philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).

B. On March 6, 2019, around 20:20, the Defendant provided and received a disposable injection device with the Defendant’s operation CM7 car and G with the 0.03g philopon, which was parked near the F elementary school located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu Incheon.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On January 21, 2019, the Defendant, along with G, smoked marijuana in a way of cutting off the marith of marijuana from the pipe made by gambling in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and attaching a fire to the pipe, making it possible for the Defendant to spread and inhale it.

B. On January 31, 2019, the Defendant, along with G, smoked marijuana in a way of cutting off the marith of marijuana from the pipe made by gambling in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and attaching a fire to the pipe made by gambling.

C. On February 9, 2019, the Defendant smoked the hemp in a way that inhales it with the pipe created by gambling in the front of the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and with a fluencing of the smoke.

E. On March 2, 2019, at around 19:30, the Defendant smoked marijuana in a way of cutting off the marith of marijuana into the pipe manufactured by the fabbbage in the vicinity of the police box located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, by inserting the marith of marijuana onto the pipe manufactured by the fabbage, and spraying the smoke by attaching the fire to it.

F. On April 9, 2019, the Defendant was parked in the Gyeyang-gu Incheon apartment around 15:30.
