A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant, as an acting engineer, has taken the place of a proxy engineer, and had the customer feel a theft of another person's property using the crepans that are locked in the car.
1. On January 5, 2014, at around 01:04, the Defendant requested the victim B to drive on his behalf at the 53-lane public parking lot of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, for a 53-lane operated on behalf of the victim B, and discovered a cknife in the driver’s seat inside the cknife vehicle and opened a cknife door, and cut off a mobile phone with a 100,000 won in cash and a gallony flife 4 of the market price.
2. On May 3, 2014, at around 01:20 on May 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim D was under influence of alcohol on the steering 53-way in a public parking lot in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, requesting the victim D to drive on his behalf; (b) opened a driver’s seat and opened a door and cut off a cell phone with cash of KRW 35,000 and a cell phone of KRW 800,000 in the market value.
3. On May 10, 2014, at around 01:48, the Defendant discovered that the victim H (the name before the opening) was under influence of alcohol in front of the “G” Maurb in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and opened a back door of the driver’s seat in JK 3, and removed the back door of the driver’s seat in cash, which includes the 150,000 won of the market price and the gallon-type mobile phone equivalent to KRW 1,00,000 of the market price and KRW 1,00,000 of the market price.
4. On June 14, 2014, at around 03:30 on June 14, 2014, the Defendant discovered that the victim K was under influence of alcohol in the 785-lane “mamt” front of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Operational Winter, and opened a string door door door door, and cut off the 800,000 Simmo project cell phone amounting to the market value.
5. On July 11, 2014, around 03:13: (a) the Defendant discovered that the victim M was divingd from the chief steering officer inside Nebro-ray, and opened a vehicle in front of the latter part of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Office of Operations, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and the latter part of the “Korea Forest Hospital.”
