[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) found one of the mobile phones (observer G) in the market price owned by the non-victim at the subway station located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu.

The Defendant, without taking necessary procedures such as returning the acquired property to the victim, embezzled the property he/she had on his/her own mind.

B. A special larceny Defendant, along with D, tried to steal another person’s mobile phone, had two mobile phones (observers 1, berara) on the market price near the victims using the gaps in which the victims were locked in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, with a view to cutting down another person’s mobile phone, and carried out two mobile phones (one option machine, one berara) on February 201.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D.

C. At around 05:00 on March 6, 2013, the Defendant stolen a mobile phone case with one million won at the market price on the part of the victim, and a mobile phone case at the market price on which a credit card is located, using the gaps in which the victim I am locked.

2. Defendant B

A. In mind, the Defendant, along with D, tried to steal the broadcasts entered in a self-reader, and around 05:0 on March 1, 2013, at around 05:00, K installed outside of the first floor of L L in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City J, D reported the network around its surroundings, and the Defendant left 15,000 won per annum by inserting the hand into the part projected by the instant self-reader’s cup.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with D.

B. The Defendant, along with D, tried to steal the broadcasts entered in a self-reader. On March 1, 2013, at around 06:00, at the same time, he was administered by N outside the first floor of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment shopping mall, and at the same time D, reported the network around its surroundings, and the Defendant reported the network.
