Punishment of the crime

1. On February 22, 2018, from around 19:00 to February 0:05, 2018, the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages and services equivalent to KRW 340,000,00, in the “D” entertainment station located on the 2nd floor of Busan Young-gu C2, Busan, as if he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the alcohol value, and was provided with alcoholic beverages and services equivalent to KRW 340,00,000, both liquor and services.
2. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;
A. On February 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at around 02:27 around 1, 2018 at a place of paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant concealed in an emergency exit leading to the outside of the main point by escapeing without paying the drinking value despite being provided with alcoholic beverages as above; (b) confirmed the main point after the Victim E’s operation; and (c) opened an entrance without correction; and (d) intruded into the entrance, and cut off one male boom, the market value of which is equivalent to 50,000 won owned by the Victim E.
B. On February 23, 2018, around 06:29, the Defendant, at around 06:29, went to the above main points after committing the crime referred to in the above paragraph (a), and then intruded into the main points in the same way again, and then stolen the property of KRW 570,000,000 with a total of KRW 570,00,000, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 90,000, the market price of the victim E.
