A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[Presumption Facts] On September 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened the name of the Defendant from Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D D D D D D D D D D D D' to F on the name of the Defendant; (b) opened the name of the Defendant; (c) as if the Defendant was the owner of Jeju-do G land (hereinafter “the instant land”) at Jeju-do Jeju City, the Defendant pretended to sell the said land to F on the proposal; and (d) issued a copy, abstract, and family relation certificate necessary to change the Defendant’s name to F on the part of the Defendant’s name.

After this frame, the Defendant received a court name permit from E, prepared an application for a name permit from Yeongdeungpo-gu Office to submit it to the public official in charge, along with the court name permit certificate, and received a re-issuance of F’s resident registration certificate from Yeongdeungpo-gu Office, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and received a copy or abstract of F’s resident registration certificate and sent it to E.

Then, in the address column of the defendant's resident registration abstract issued under the name of the head of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, the defendant deleted the remaining address other than "Seoul Metropolitan City, Dobong-gu J, Busan, Dongdong-gu, 2 [Law No. 4789, Dec. 22, 1994], 4], 7 "Seoul Metropolitan City K in the name of the head of Dong-gu, Seoul, and 7". The defendant deleted the address of the defendant's resident registration abstract in the name of the head of Dong-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and entered the name of the head of Dong-gu, Busan in the name of the head of Dong-gu, Busan, and 5 "Seoul Metropolitan City J, Dong-gu, Busan, and Jeju Special Self-Governing Province L. 101" in the name of the head of Dong-gu and the name of the head of Dong-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province and deleted the name of the defendant in the name of the head of Dong-gu and the name of the land.
