A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 1, 2018, the Defendant forged a land owner’s resident registration certificate, accompanied by B and a name omitted “C”, and then forged resident registration certificates, issued a document related to land transaction, such as a certified copy or abstract of the land owner’s resident registration card, and a certificate of the personal seal impression, using the forged resident registration certificates, intended to sell the land and gather the price to acquire the land. On April 12, 2018, the Defendant was introduced “C’s co-ordination” from “C” on the non-name omitted.

1. On April 2018, the Defendant jointly committed a single criminal act under the name of the Defendant, B, and C, which was named as the name of the first police officer, produced D’s resident registration certificate by entering D’s name and resident registration number on the resident registration certificate, along with D’s name and the name of the first police officer.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged a resident registration certificate of D, a public document, for the purpose of uttering in collusion with B/C, a name-free one.

2. The co-principal of Defendant B, name omitted, name omitted, “C” and “C’s partner.”

(a) No person who violates the Resident Registration Act shall inspect another person's resident registration record card, or obtain a certified copy or abstract thereof by fraud or other improper means;

Nevertheless, around April 12, 2018, the Defendant issued seven certified copies of D resident registration cards and seven certified copies of resident registration cards by entering D's resident registration numbers into the unmanned civil petition processing machine together with "C's Dong residents" and "C's Dong residents" in Gwangju-si 50, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, with the name of "C's Dong residents" and the name of "C's Dong residents" with the name of "C's Dong residents," and the name of "C's Dong residents," with the name of "cos," in the name of the Dong residents.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with “C”, “C”, and “C’s Dong resident registration number” and received a certified copy and abstract of D’s resident registration number by fraud or other improper means.
