A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 19, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 from the Suwon District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM7 car.

1. On October 29, 2019, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the road of four-lanes in front of the C apartment in the south-dong, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City at a speed that would not be known in the direction of the new horse distance, from the direction of the new horse distance to the upper distance.

In this case, a person engaged in driving service of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents by properly manipulating the operation and steering gear of the motor vehicle.

While neglecting this, the Defendant, while driving a vehicle under the influence of 0.111% of alcohol content, was able to shock the back part of the Eststya car driven by the victim D (the age of 30) who is in the atmosphere of the signal at the front of the vehicle by negligence.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the above victim and the victim F (29 years of age) who was on the part of the above occupational negligence.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven the said vehicle at a section of about 3 km from the front of the G apartment in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu to the same accident place as described in paragraph 1, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.11% of the blood alcohol concentration in the temporary border, such as described in paragraph 1.
