Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of 4 million won.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a CranzG car.
On September 20:45, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car, and came to turn to the left at an unsatisfly speed, depending on one lane from the side of Asan to the 4-lane 16 lower-distance intersection in the west-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Yanan-gu.
At the time, it is night and located in a non-protective zone. In such cases, the driver has a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle according to the traffic signal and prevent the accident in advance, in the absence of a vehicle driving by checking the flow of the vehicle driving on the opposite lane.
Although the Defendant neglected this and changed the front signal to a yellow signal, the Defendant was driven by the victim B (the 62 years old) who immediately entered the intersection and left the right or left at the opposite lane due to the negligence of the left-hand turn, and was driven by the Defendant at the front part of the motor vehicle driving by the Defendant.
Ultimately, the Defendant, by such occupational negligence, caused the victim B to suffer injury to the same victim F (27 years of age) who is the dong owner of the said rocketing taxi, in light of the following: (a) the victim F (27 years of age) in need of approximately 3 weeks of treatment; and (b) the victim G (2 years of age) who is the dong owner of the same taxi, was accompanied by a brue fl in need of approximately 2 weeks of treatment.
2. Defendant B is a person engaged in driving a rocketing taxi.
On September 19, 2019, the Defendant driven the above taxi on September 20:45, and driven the 16 lower-distance intersection of the 16 lower-distance 4, e.g., East-gu, west-gu, Yannam-gu, Seoul, along the direction from the new end-distance to Asan, led to the flow of the e.g. at an aesthetic speed along the three-lane distance.
At the time, it is an intersection where signals are installed at night and at this time.
