Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 6007"
1. From July 1, 2017, around 08:20 on July 1, 2017, in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant stolen the 620,000 won in cash owned by the victim D, modern compliance cards, members of modern Blux cards, new cards, driving licenses, each of which included in one chapter of each of the instant driver’s licenses.
2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;
A. At around 08:31 on the same day, the Defendant presented D’s modern compliance card, as seen above, to an employee in a name-free manner, as if he were his own credit card, and purchased an amount equivalent to KRW 1500,00 at a ice cream market, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to that amount, and illegally using credit cards.
B. At around 08:55 on the same day, the Defendant presented a stolen D’s new card to the business owner with no name, as seen above, as if he were his own credit card, and purchased the amount equivalent to KRW 1,000 of the life-to-life market value of 1,000, thereby acquiring financial benefits equivalent to that of the same amount, and illegally using the credit card.
3. Around 08:46 on the same day, the Defendant violated the laws related to fraud using computers and other finance businesses, etc. and credit card sales machines in the above E, purchased D’s modern Bblue bus sales card, which was stolen as above, an amount equivalent to KRW 800,000 of the market price of Chuncheon bus 1,000, and allowed the data processing to enter information without authority in computers and other information processing devices, and illegally used credit card.
4. On June 29, 2017, around 18:10 on June 29, 2017, the Defendant embezzled a resident registration certificate, one driver’s license, and one driver’s license, which was lost by the victim G, in the East subway Station male toilets in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and then embezzled it without following procedures, such as discovering one resident registration certificate, and returning it to the victim.
