A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 14:46, Apr. 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a studio in the AT company AT company’s AU Poter II cargo vehicle, which was parked in a cresh in the vicinity of the surrounding surveillance at the GU Poter parking lot located in the GU Donam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) cut off a 1,500,000 won of the market price owned by the victim AV owned by the 1st, 3 cards (KBC card, NHC CF card, No. NA card), 1,50,000 won of the market price, including the 1,50,000 won of the market price, including the KBC card, NH CFC card, car ki, company key, etc.

2. On April 15, 2016, at around 15:10 on April 15, 2016, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud, purchased one gold half of KRW 754,00 from the victim at the “AY” store of the Victim AX in the Jeonnam-Namnam-gun AW, and attempted to approve the NAF card, which was stolen, even though there was no intent or ability to normally pay the purchase price, and failed to do so.

3. On April 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act: (a) purchased one cigarette (C) equivalent to KRW 5,000 at the market price from the victim at the BB convenience store in the operation of the victim BA in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gun (AZ) on April 17, 2016; (b) had the victim present the national marina Card on the part of BC as the Defendant and sign the sales slip on the member’s signature, without any intent or ability to pay the purchase price normally; and (c) signed the sales slip on the part of the Defendant’s signature; and (d) had the victim receive one cigarette of KRW 5,000 at the market price of KRW 5,00 from the victim; and (d) used the debit card lost
