A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for three months.

Punishment of the crime

1. From around 02:00 on August 9, 2019 to around 21:30 on August 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) acquired one NHC card that was lost by the victim AY (year 46) at the parking lot AW apartment AX-dong at Jeju-si; (b) did not take measures such as returning it to the said victim with the intent to use it; and (c) embezzled the property that was lost by the said victim’s possession.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, and fraud;

A. On August 10, 2019, at around 21:51, the Defendant purchased an lefrent tobacco 1 A, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 4,500, from the BB convenience store in the operation of the Victim BA located in the Jeju-si, and produced the above lefrent tobacco 1 A, an employee, as described in paragraph 1, to the BC (the age of 16) as if the Defendant had the right to normally use the e-mail card, signed it on the sales slip, received the said tobacco, received the said tobacco, received it by fraud, and used

B. On August 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:05, at the BF restaurant operated by the Victim BE (Age 45) located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si.

C. On August 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) boarded the 3,300 won of the taxi fare after getting on the taxi for business use operated by the victim on August 10, 2019.

In the same manner as described in the subsection, the above physical card was presented, settled, received a profit equivalent to the same amount, and used illegally another person's credit card.

On August 10, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:51, at the convenience point in the operation of the Victim BH in Jeju Island, to BJ (n, 24 years of age) who is an employee.

The above physical card presented the above physical card in the same manner as described in the paragraph, and obtained one copy of the 1st of the penat tobacco amounting to 4,500 won in the market value and 2,000 won in the market value and acquired it by fraud, and used another person's credit card unlawfully.
