Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal history of the crime] On December 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for larceny at the Daejeon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Daejeon Prison on June 23, 2016.
[Criminal Facts]
1. On November 21, 2017, the Defendant was at around 02:00, Daejeon-gu building and the office operated by the victim D with the third floor of Daejeon-gu building and the victim D with the third floor, and the Defendant destroyed and damaged the victim’s beer and intruded with the correction devices for the purpose of theft of property by using the nearest gap, and carried out 139,000 won in cash owned by the victim in the book.
Accordingly, the Defendant destroyed part of a structure at night and intruded into it, thereby cutting down the victim’s property of 139,000 won in cash.
In addition, on October 2017, from around 01:00 to around the above day, the Defendant stolen a total of 3,279,000 won in cash owned by the victims of KRW 3139,00,000, KRW 1330,000, KRW 100,000, KRW 32740,00 in cash, and KRW 6,000, KRW 136,00,00 in cash owned by the victims of KRW 3139,00,00, KRW 6,000, KRW 20,000, and KRW 1,000,00.
2. On November 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the construction site of H apartment complex managed by the victim G in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon on November 20, 2017; (b) at the construction site of H apartment complex managed by the victim G in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; and (c) at the construction site of H apartment complex, the Defendant entered the victim G with a cresh below the above construction site entrance for the purpose of theft of property by using a creshing cresh in the victim G; (d) one rush (60 cm) of the victim I’s market price equivalent to KRW 60,000,000 (ARM 300); and (d) one 10,000,000 won of the market price (10,000 won of the market price).
Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night, and stolen the victim's property amounting to 95,00 won in the market price.
In addition, the Defendant, from October 2, 2017 to October 23:0, 2017, larcenys into structures at night from around 23:0 to the above day.
