A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Special larceny;
A. On January 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, around 00:20 on January 16, 2017, 201; (b) 00:20 on the Manam-si building B; and (c) on the 1st floor “D” house operated by the victim C with the first floor, destroyed and damaged the entrance of the store by shakeing it in good hand; and (d) invaded into the door, and then cut off 4 Macjus equivalent to KRW 16,00, the market price of the victim’s ownership at that location.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property which is the total market value of 16,000 won by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.
B. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 03:24, around January 19, 2017, at the G head office operated by the Victim F in Seongbuk-gu, Ma, Sungnam-si; (b) destroyed the entrance by shouldering the glass of the entrance of the store; (c) invaded into the entrance; and (d) stolen the entrance with cash 50,000 won, and yellow cans, drinking water, etc. of KRW 39,000, the market price of which was owned by the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property which is the total market value of 89,000 won by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.

On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime committed on January 2017, 2017, up to the Jhop set operated by the victim I located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) destroyed the entrance door of the store by scaming it in good hand and destroying the locks; and (c) intruded into the door, and cut off tobacco amounting to KRW 9,000 at the market price, which was owned by the victim; and (d) 2A and the beer in the market price.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property by destroying and impairing part of the structure at night.
2. On January 19, 2017, the Defendant attempted to larceny, which was operated by the victim L, located in K in Sungnam-gu, Around January 19, 2017, and was committed in an attempted crime, not by opening a cooling house installed in the street prior to the burial to color the goods to be stolen, but not by finding the goods to be stolen.
Accordingly, the defendant attempted to steal the victim's property.
