Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a marina society, shall not commit any act similar to a riding vote, in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society, to pay money or benefits on property to the enemy.

On September 2, 2012, the Defendant, at the office operated by the Defendant in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, up to two monitors of computers installed for horse racing, sent a light-line broadcast in the direction of marina society broadcasted in D, which is an illegal light-line site, and received 10,000 won from customers whose name is unknown, and paid 579,000 won to the large customers by acting for the purchase of private marina tickets sold in D.

The Defendant: (a) on August 31, 2012, from around September 2, 2012 to around September 2, 2012, in relation to the racing conducted by a marina society, which is broadcasted in D, even though it is not a marina society; and (b) on behalf of the customers who found the place of the racing, received the printing amount from the customers who purchased the marina tickets, and caused them to engage in any act similar to the riding voting, thereby paying
