Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone who is not the Korean Racing Association shall be prohibited from engaging in any act similar to the riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by a marina society, and delivering goods and financial benefits to the enemy.
