A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, fraud, or a violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the above punishment on February 8, 2016.

1. At around 07:00 on March 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the PC room located in Busan Eastdong-gu, Busan, as a customer; (b) cut off the victim’s cash amounting to 40,000 won; (c) resident registration certificates; and (d) one copy of a new bank check; and (c) cut off the victim’s cash amounting to 473,000 won.
In addition, the Defendant stolen the total amount of 4,461,00 won, which is owned by the victims, 14 times from the time to June 18, 2016, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
2. On March 28, 2016, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased tobacco 1 A at a G convenience store located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City F on March 16, 2016; (b) suggested that the victim’s name was the victim’s name was the victim’s own possession of the following: (c) made the victim pay the 4,500 won of the tobacco value with the above e-mail card; and (d) signed the sales slip and obtained the 1st cigarette amounting to the 4,500 won of the market value, and used the stolen debit card after obtaining the 4,500 won of the tobacco amounting to the e-mail card.
In addition, the Defendant used stolen credit cards or debit cards at least 29 times, such as the entry in the list of offenses (2) between June 19, 2016 and the Defendant obtained goods equivalent to KRW 640,100, and acquired financial benefits equivalent to the same amount.
On April 14, 2016, the Defendant, at around 02:00 on April 14, 2016, 2016, found one LG mobile phone owned by the victim, which was lost by the victim H (n, 39 years of age) on the street of the Seopo-dong, Seopo-gu, Busan, Busan, and needs to return it to the victim.
