Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] The Defendant, on August 24, 2011, was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seongdong-gu District Court on May 1, 2012.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Larceny;
A. On June 18, 2012, around 18:00 on June 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) carried a national body card (F); (b) cash 40,000 won; (c) resident registration certificate 1; (d) apartment access card ; and (e) library card 1; and (e) stolen the victim’s official examination reflect cards owned by the victim.
B. On June 28, 2012, at around 00:50 on June 28, 2012, the Defendant: (a) changed the victim I, the owner of the business in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from the "H", to the victim I, the owner of the business in question, as shown in the above victim’s market price of KRW 1.5 million; (b) changed to the victim I, the owner of the business in question, as shown in the above victim’s market price of KRW 1.50,000,000, the Defendant tried to start a trial, and (c) was driving the above Otoba, and did not return the key to the above Otoba while driving it.
2. Around 19:21 on June 18, 2012, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and the Defendant: (a) committed the stolen national physical fitness card as referred to in Article 1(a) at the “M convenience store” operated by the victim L in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, as he/she was the genuine owner; (b) was issued a tobacco 1 A, which is 2,700 square meters of the market price from his/her employees N, and then was used as a stolen debit card by presenting the above national physical fitness card; (c) was exempted from the payment of KRW 2,700 on the same day; and (d) acquired economic benefits equivalent to the above amount by paying KRW 2,700 on the same date by using the stolen debit card over two times in total; and (e) by deceiving N,400 won in total.
