A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes around November 8, 2014:

A. At around 10:00 on November 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed the victim C, who was placed on the floor, as a daily worker at the vecco cargo parking lot located in Busan APEC, from the part of the victim, while conducting the removal work at the vecco cargo parking lot; (b) cut off cash of KRW 10,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000, or00, were used as a single card; and (c) cut off.

B. On November 8, 2014, the Defendant purchased 10:58, the victim E, the Busan Shipping Daegu D 104, and purchased 1,300 won of 5,300 won of the market price, from the F Kaf, operated by the victim E, the Defendant used the IBK bank debit card under the name of C, as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and was presented to the above Kaf-G G to the Kaf-G company G. The Defendant received from the above G, that is, i.e., Iweld from I., on November 1, 2014, the Defendant purchased 1:27 tobacco equivalent to 3,000 won of the market price from J Market operated by the victim I in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan, and was using the above Kaf-C bank’s debit card under the name of the Defendant as if it were stolen.

2. On November 9, 2014, around 03:52 on November 9, 2014, the Defendant committed the Internet game at the LPC bank located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, at around 19:20,00 won in cash, 20,000 won in which the victim M, who used the Internet game by side, was set up a locked seat, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, and 1,50,000 won in market value, which is the victim’s possession.
