[Criminal Power] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) on September 11, 1989 with prison labor for the crime of larceny at night on December 15, 199, 2 years of probation for October, 201, 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) on April 26, 2001, and 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny at night on October 16, 203.
【Criminal Facts】
1. The Defendant habitually stolen at around 3:30 on May 2, 2015, the following year: (a) the Defendant opened a driver’s seat not locked for the victim D’s Esp motor vehicle located in front of the Cdong of the Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 2, 2015; (b) including one resident registration certificate on his/her top, one driver’s license, one agricultural cooperative physical card, one new physical card, etc., and thefted by having one wall owned by the victim, including one wall from April 2015.
5. 2. From March 3:30, a person habitually steals another person’s property or attempted to steals another person’s property over 15 times in total, such as the list of crimes (1) in the annexed sheet of crimes.

Fraud, attempted fraud, or breach of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) the Defendant intended to purchase stolen goods using the cream card (F) in the name of the victim D, and 729,200 won (G) on May 2, 2015; and (b) purchased tobacco of an amount equivalent to 4,500 won at the I convenience store H in the Yansan-si of the Jeonsan-si on May 2, 2015; (c) as if the Defendant was the lawful owner of the crow card that the Defendant stolen, the Defendant used the stolen debit card by settling the price with the cream card and by receiving the stolen tobacco from the 1 to 10:59 on the same day, and acquired the stolen goods by paying the 729,200 won as indicated in the list of offenses (2) from 1 to 10:59 on the same day; and (d) used the stolen goods at the same amount as the e.g., property of the same amount (20000 won).
