A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Events, such as electronic records, etc.;

A. On March 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) visited C’s website using a computer for the purpose of obtaining a loan without the consent of the mother; (b) forged B’s name, resident registration number, address, loan information, etc. in the “Agreement on Individual Credit Loan Agreements” form; (c) forged B’s “Agreement on Individual Credit Loan Agreements” in the name of another person’s electronic records pertaining to rights and obligations for the purpose of causing another person to perform the loan affairs; and (d) subsequently transmitted the “Agreement on Individual Credit Loan Agreements” as genuinely established to the person in charge of C who is aware of the fact.

B. On January 10, 2020, the Defendant drafted two copies of “new telephone contract” in the name of a third party with respect to the right and obligation to enter the name, resident registration number, address, subscription information, etc. in the “new telephone contract form” in Chapter 2 using the equipment of “F Smart plner” in order to open a mobile phone at D stores located in Jinju-si without the consent of B, and exercised the aforementioned two copies of “new telephone contract” in the name of a third party with respect to the right and obligation for the purpose of causing the F to perform the handling of the subscription affairs for new mobile phone, and using the equipment of “F smart plner” in Chapter 2, which is an electronic record of “F.”

2. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. On February 7, 2020, the Defendant entered the name, resident registration number, address, subscription information, etc. of B in the J-based mobile phone sales store located in J-based, J-based, J-based, J-based, and I for the purpose of opening the mobile phone without B’s consent, respectively, and entered B’s name, resident registration number, address, and subscription information in the form of “K-based” and “L-based,” and signed on the next page by means of signing on the private document on rights and obligations.
