Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and B posted a letter from C as if they sold the goods on the Internet NAVV online website, and received a proposal from a purchaser who reported and contacted the writing to use the goods at the price for the goods, and C posted it on the above website. The Defendant and B conspired with C to divide the amount of goods by receiving money from the purchaser by lending the Defendants’ mobile phone to C and allowing C to have telephone conversations with the buyer or to use text messages when sending text messages.

1. On May 26, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to deliver the said content to the Defendant and the victim D who reported and contacted by inserting a mobile phone number of KRW 450,000, when he/she transferred KRW 450,000 from the sales proceeds to the victim D, at a place where it is impossible to identify a place below Busan and below Busan around January 18, 2012, as seen above, C connected to the NA, and sold “Cobeber2.”

However, the defendant, B, and C had no intention or ability to deliver the content, even if they received money from the victim from the victim as they did not possess the content of selling to the victim and used only the content sales proceeds from the beginning.
