Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Attachment] On November 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Northern District Court for a period of one year and six months, and completed the execution of the said sentence on January 4, 2015.

1. On February 2, 2015, the criminal defendant against the victim C posted a letter on the “sale of container boxes” on the Internet’s bulletin board at the PC room located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dong-gu, Seoul, on the Internet, and made a false statement on the part of the victim C who visited the victim C, stating that “I would deliver container boxes on the face of remittance.”
However, the defendant did not have a container stuff, and even if he received the money from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to deliver the container stuff.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 400,000 won from the victim to the bank account (Account Number E) in the name of D around that time, and acquired it.
2. On February 4, 2015, the criminal defendant against the victim F posted a notice at the PC room located in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu, stating that “The sale of light and suncom shall be made” on the Internet Nurier's bulletin board, and said false statement was made to the victim F who reported and contacted with the victim F.
However, in fact, the defendant did not have a light and director, and even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to deliver it.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 4.5 million won from the victim to the Korean bank account (Account Number E) in the name of D at around that time, and acquired the money from the victim under the name of 4.5 million won as the sales proceeds of Tex.

3. The criminal defendant against the victim G is guilty on or around January 7, 2015, on the Internet “Jara” bulletin board.
