Punishment of the crime

On March 12, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months and two years of suspended execution in Busan District Court for fraud on March 12, 2014, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive and is still under suspended execution.

In addition, from August 31, 2013 to July 11, 2014, the Defendant received a total of KRW 9,028,000 from victims on nine occasions in the same manner as indicated in the “crime List” as indicated in the attached Table.

2. "2014 Highest 2645".

A. On June 4, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G, stating that “The Defendant will send a gift certificate if he transfers KRW 890,00 to the victim G,” by posting a letter stating that “The Defendant will sell the home-flus mobile gift certificates” on the Internet NAV, NVV, 1007, Busan, Young-do H apartment 101 Dong, 1007.

However, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to send the price even if he received the price because he did not possess a merchandise coupon for sale.

Nevertheless, the Defendant made such a false statement, and received 890,000 won from the victim to his account in his name as the price for the gift certificates on the same day.

B. On July 27, 2014, around 10:40, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim J.

In the same manner and in the same manner as the statement in the claim, the victim J. 273,00.
