A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of the air;

A. The Defendant, on September 8, 2015, kept in custody the registration number plate of the Defendant’s BM5 car on the ground of delinquency in the payment of administrative fines, etc. on September 8, 2015, the Defendant made a registration number plate on a white plastic plate prepared in advance at D agencies located in Bogi-si, Bogi-si, Gyeong, 16:00 on September 9, 2015, and forged one registration number plate of the air hograph, which was attached to the said car.

B. On March 24, 2016, when the registration number plate of the Defendant’s EM5 car was kept in custody at the time of his order due to reasons such as default on administrative fines, etc., the Defendant made a registration number plate on a white plastic plate prepared in advance at D agencies located in Bo Order-si C around March 25, 2016, and forged one registration number plate of the air for the purpose of using it on a white plastic plate prepared in advance at D agencies located in Bo Order-si C, Bo Order-si, with a black color, and using it on the said car.

2. Counterfeiting of forged air, violation of the Automobile Management Act.

A. On September 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) operated the pertinent SM5, which was marked with a forged registration number plate as set forth in paragraph 1(a), from the time on which he/she operated the said SM5 at the 105 Bocheon-si apartment 105 Dong-si, the residence of which was located; (b) from September 26, 2016, the Defendant exercised a forged registration number plate for the air strawers; and (c) used a forged registration number plate at the same time, from September 26, 2016.

B. On March 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) operated the above SM5, where forged registration number plates are attached at the apartment parking lot in the above paragraph (a) of this paragraph; (b) from around September 26, 2016, the Defendant used forged registration number plates by operating the said car on the roads of Boan-si, Boan-si from September 26, 2016; and (c) used forged registration number plates.
