A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around January 2015, the Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act, forgery of air hosing, and uttering of forged air hosts E350 (vehicle number : C) imported in Korea a vehicle from Germany.

No person shall use any forged or forged motor vehicle registration number plate.

Nevertheless, on August 2017, the Defendant: (a) designed FF vehicle registration number plate on computers in the E office located in Young-gu, Young-gu; (b) manufactured a car number plate in front of the foregoing vehicle number plate in the commercial section of Guro-gu, Seoul; and (c) forged FF vehicle registration number plate in the air for the purpose of attaching the FF vehicle registration number plate in the car of the said Benz in a way that the Defendant directly reads a white slid and applied the car number plate to the car number plate in a test color; and (d) attached it to the above F vehicle registration number plate in the above company’s parking lot from March 23, 2018 to March 25, 2018.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged the registration number plate of an automobile, which is an air, and exercised it using the registration number plate of a forged air.

2. No person who has altered a motor vehicle registration certificate or public document shall use such altered or altered.

Nevertheless, on February 2, 2018, the Defendant has stored a copy of the G's registration certificate (F) registration certificate of an employee G in the E office located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, and then used the editing function of computer PDF files, and used the editing function of the computer PDF files in order to use the detailed information of the registration certificate: (4) the name of the automobile is "Wz E350 MAT", (6) the body number is "H", (8) the main place of use is "Y", (9) the name (title) "J", (1) the address of Gyeonggi-do, "J", and (2) the type of fuel.
