A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 600,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around April 25, 2015, the issue of “free services for hair loss” provided in the Fcosmetic operated jointly by the Plaintiff, and was arrested in the act of interference with the beauty room business; (b) the employees of the beauty room was the situation where the Defendant’s insulting anti-defluence and anti-pathic attitude was dissure and discomfort with the appearance of the Defendant.

On April 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought in the beauty art room on April 27, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s beauty room business by force, such as: (b) hearing the victim’s speech that “I will not have any right to receive any condition; (c) I will not have any employee any right to receive any service; and (d) I will return money to customers; (c) I will return money; and (d) I will see the victim’s beauty room business by force, such as “I will receive any conditionless service.”

2. Around May 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) called “A” or “I” to the victim G, an employee, by phoneing a mobile phone from the offboard of Jeju-do to the above beauty room; (b) however, the Defendant heard the horses; (c) thereby threatening the said G to the effect that “D” would be “I will turn off to the store. I will turn off the store. I will turn off the phone; and (d) the victim D, the president of which called “I will turn off, I will turn off, I will turn off, I will turn off, I will come to the store.”

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim G and D.

3. Around May 17, 2015, around May 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) citing beer disease around 10:20 on May 17, 2015; (b) found in the above beauty room and created anxiety, such as drinking alcohol back to the beauty room; and (c) junating and drinking alcohol; and (d) Ga as an employee of the said room, “I Don, I Don Don Don Don Don Don,” and Ha Don Don who is a customer.
