A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 18, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced by the Seoul High Court to three years of imprisonment for a crime of violating the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and Protection of Victims, etc. (a special rape). On May 4, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House.

1. On March 4, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 15:10 on March 4, 2015, 2015, the Defendant found a beauty room and G to read that “E” operated by the victim D, “E, a woman-friendly G, who is a woman living together, considered F, to get on and off a vehicle like female,” and thereby, found the beauty room and G for the reason that the Defendant’s female relationship was doubtful, and caused a fighting with F and G to do so. The Defendant interfered with the cosmetic operation of the victim’s beauty room by force, such as preventing the entry of approximately 30 minutes of 30 minutes, such as at the time of the part of the above victim’s item, from entering the beauty room.

On the same day, at around 15:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) deemed that I (Nam, 29 years of age) as a police officer belonging to the police station of the House of the Government Police Station called out after receiving a report by G 112 that the Defendant saluted the Defendant’s salute in the emergency stairs next to the above beauty room; and (b) deemed I (Nam, 29 years of age to hear statements from G; and (c) deemed I

As a result of blocking this, “I am math, flue,” and assaulted 3-4 times the body and left part of the I with the right blue, 3-4 times the upper part of the blue, the breast part of the blue, and the left part of the blue, by walking the left part of the blue bbbbb, so that I am away from the stairs of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by police officers on 112 reported duties.
