A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jeju District Court on March 21, 2014, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 21, 2014, and completed the enforcement of the sentence at Jeju Prison on September 22, 2014.

1. Interference with services for victims M;

A. From January 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 10:00 on January 5, 2015, at the “Nuse room” operated by the victim M (man, 56 years of age) in Ulsan-gu, U.S.O., the Defendant got out of the victim’s beauty room for about one hour, such as by drinking alcohol and driving the beauty room into the above beauty room; and (b) caused the disturbance to break out for about one hour; (c) thereby, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s beauty room business by force. (d) On January 16, 2015, the Defendant 2 obstructed the victim’s beauty room business. (e) around 09:05, around 09:05, the Defendant shreshed the victim’s beauty room with a large volume of sound entering the above beauty room, and caused the customers to break out of the column for one hour, such as getting out the wall by drinking.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the beauty room business of the victim by force.

3) On January 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 16:10, at the “Ntile room,” around 16:10, the Defendant was unable to enter two customers, who were entering the said beauty room by drinking alcohol and cutting off all his clothes; (b) sees the victim’s body, etc. with his own body, etc., and sees the door that “I see this Chewing, nit 112 report; (c) I am the police; and (d) I am at the same time, I am.
