A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated marijuana as follows:

1. On February 3, 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana in the manner of collecting approximately 520,000 won in total from around 5 times in total by the same way, including purchasing marijuana from around 18:42, Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu Seoul through the Internet Dsite search, by deciding to purchase it from the seller of the hemp in the name-discied “dice” method (the method by which the buyer is informed of the location of the storage of marijuana by the seller of the storage of the hemp), and then transferring the price to the E-C account (Account Number F) of a limited liability company known by the seller of the hemp, and collecting approximately 3g of marijuana, which is concealed in the outside of the air communication room at the time of Sung-nam, by collecting approximately 28,000 won in total, from around 18, 2019, as shown in attached Form 1 of a crime list.

2. The Defendant for smoking marijuana: From February 4, 2019 to February 00:00;

From 01:00 until December 3, 2019, the Plaintiff removed the tobacco smoke from the Hdong of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Apartment, and then smoked from that time on six occasions in total from that time until November 1, 2019, as described in paragraph 1, by inserting the math of the hemp purchased on February 3, 2019, in a manner that smokes through a smoke with a fire attached thereto, and as described in attached Table 2, the Plaintiff smoked the hemp ( approximately 11g and three marijuana in the form of cigarette).
