1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

2. However, in respect of Defendant B, this paragraph is applicable.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. The Defendants, the co-principal shapes of the Defendants, are invited to purchase marijuana through the Internet “C” website, and the Defendant collected the purchase fund by soliciting the persons who intend to purchase marijuana, and deliver it to the Defendant B, who is the dynamics. The Defendant B promised to purchase marijuana from the name-free persons who reported the advertisement of marijuana at the above “C” website to purchase it, and then exchanged the purchase fund delivered by the Defendant A to the above name-free persons. The Defendant A promised to purchase marijuana in the form of “Stcoin,” and the Defendant A promised to purchase it in the form of “Stcoin,” which is located at the place designated by the above name-free persons.

B, around 19:46 on December 21, 2018, at the same time, purchased bitcos from “F,” a transaction site of encryption, and purchased bitcos from “F,” and then transferred bitcos to Defendant A. On the same day, Defendant A purchased maris by means of using approximately 5 g of marijuana, which was concealed at the place, under the back-of-air air condition of the Seoul building, Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building, and purchased maris from the above bitcos to February 13, 2019, approximately 24 g of hemps from the above bitcos.

2. Defendant A

A. The Defendant, who purchased and sold marijuana, committed a promise to purchase marijuana from the saves in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H to purchase and sell it to the saves after purchasing it from the saves in Yongsan-gu.

On August 12, 2018, the Defendant purchased approximately 450,000 won in cash and approximately 3g of the dried marijuana from alley in the name of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu to foreigners who sell marijuana, and then purchased approximately 4,50,000 won in cash at the bus stops in front of the D Apartment during the same day during the Gyeyang-gu, Ansan-si.
