Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, it is against the Defendants for 3 years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendants were not the authorized person handling narcotics, the Defendants dealt with marijuana as follows.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. The Defendant B, who purchased marijuana (hereinafter “C Exchange”) in contact with D’s name-free marijuana sales books (i.e., E,F, G, H, I, etc.) at “D,” which is the Internet trading site specializing in marijuana, consulted on the trading volume and price of marijuana, and the Defendant A conspired to transfer the price to B, which is the bitco-in, known to the bitco-in sales books on the name of the Defendant.

On February 11, 2018, at around 18:55, the Defendants transferred 0.038BTC (Korean currency KRW 380,000) to the bitcoon’s address, i.e., non-conc., bitco used for the sale of marijuana, and on February 22, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendants sold and purchased marijuana by collecting approximately 3g of marijuana concealed at the bottom of the external air-concepter in Seoul (Gang-gu or Gwanak-gu) around 11, 2018 and selling it in collusion with approximately 266g of marijuana over a total amount of KRW 91 until May 21, 2019.

B. From May 29, 2019, the Defendants decided to purchase marijuana from e-mail sales books (i.e., i., e., e., SNS ccomers). On May 29, 2019, the Defendants transferred e-mail equivalent to KRW 520,000 to e-ccopis at the e-ccopis’ address, where e-mail sales books are used. On May 29, 2019, the Defendants conspired to sell 63g of marijuana from around May 23:0, 2019 to purchase 3g of marijuana, which was concealed at the bottom of the outer communication room, including purchasing e-mail from around 12, 2019 to August 6, 2019, the Defendants conspired to sell 173g,210,000 won in total from around 12, 2019.

C. The Defendants, at around 23:00 on February 11, 2018, smoked marijuana, including inserting approximately 3g of marijuana in the smoking pipe in the presence of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan L building and the Defendants of Mho, and smoking with a fire attached to each other, from that time as shown in the attached list 3 of the crimes committed.
