If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for an injury at the Seoul Southern District Court for eight months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 19, 2019.

On December 30, 2018, the Defendant had shown the same attitude that the injured party B would normally pay the fare after boarding a cab operated by the injured party B in the vicinity of the Cream Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangseo-gu. However, the Defendant had the injured party operate the cab to the vicinity of the New Gule distance. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the fee.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 76,420 won by deceiving the victim.
