A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Nos. 6, 9- 14 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A on January 23, 2013, with the sentence of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (mariju) for ten months as a result of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., at the Daejeon District Court on August 12, 2014 during the grace period, sentenced ten months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (mariju) at the Daejeon District Court on August 20, 2014, and the said sentence became final and conclusive on August 20, 2014, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Jinju Prison on June 27, 2015.

And D, despite the fact that a person is not a handler of narcotics, purchased Meart clopon (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), sold it through the Internet, conspired to administer, possess, smoke and possess marijuana, and handle narcotics as follows:

1. On September 20, 2016, at around 22:30, the Defendant and D sent approximately five ghon-phones to E from the Dong-gu Daejeon-gu, Daejeon to the door-to-door bus freight delivery, and served one million won on E from the above F to the door-to-door bus freight delivery delivery.

Accordingly, the defendant and D purchased approximately five grams of philophones from E in one million won.

2. On September 30, 2016, the Defendant and D: (a) around 20:0, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) on the G apartment parking lot in Sejong-do, Chungcheongnam-do; (c) reported about 2.1g of the penphonephone to the winners (HH I; hereinafter “I”); and (d) received approximately one million won as the price.

Accordingly, Defendant and D sold approximately 2.1g of philophone to “I” in one million won.

3. On October 2, 2016, at around 11:00, the Defendant and D sent 1 million won of the phone-on sales price to E from the J of the North Gun-si, North Gun-si, North Korea to the door-to-door bus freight, and around 17:30 of the same day, the Defendant and D sent 5g of the phone-on sales price to E as the door-to-door bus freight delivery.

Accordingly, the defendant and D purchased approximately five grams of philophones from E in one million won.

4. The Defendant and D shall have the name and fire boxes (L.) in the front waste bags of the exit of the city of Seongbuk-si in Gyeonggi-do at around 02:00 on October 4, 2016, in the front of the exit of the city of Seongbuk-do at around 1:00.
