B In the Seoul East District Court on February 8, 2006, a person who has been sentenced one year and six months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., in the Daegu District Court on February 24, 2011, and the defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., in the Daegu District Court on July 28, 2011, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and the defendant D was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., in the Daegu District Court on November 29, 2007.
1. Defendant A
A. Around 20:46 on July 3, 201, Defendant A sent to I the word “J, 10:00 p.m., news number K” to I, and sent I approximately 0.35g opon to I, after receiving KRW 300,000 from I, 00,000,000,000 from I, and then traded to I, 0.35g of opon opon f.m. terminal number of bus terminals outside the East-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City.
(2) On July 17, 201, Defendant A deposited KRW 750,000 from I on deposit on July 13:34, 201, and sent to I approximately KRW 0.7g of philopon to I, who was in the Dong-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-dong bus terminals, the number of carcopons.
(3) On July 24, 201, at around 11:00, Defendant A transferred KRW 2.2,60,000 from I to his live-in L account; and on the same day, around 13:40 on the same day, Defendant A sent and traded approximately 5 g of philopon to the number of bus bus terminals located in the Dong-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon.
(4) On July 28, 201, at around 10:40, Defendant A possessed approximately 2.89g of philopon for the purpose of selling approximately 2.89g of philopon in order to send it to I by means of a window for passenger freight in the Dong-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon.
B. On June 8, 2010, Defendant A: (a) deposited KRW 600,000 from B to the account of a community credit cooperative in the name of M in the name of Gu/Si (hereinafter referred to as Gu/Si) from Gu/Si on June 15:24, 2010; (b) on the same day, Defendant A deposited KRW 60,000 of the opon at a Sungnam bus terminal located in Sungnam-gu, Ma
