A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch, and on August 23, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for night-time, intrusion upon residence, larceny, etc. in the resident support area of the Daegu District Court. On May 1, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to 9 months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny and completed the execution on December 19, 2018, and on May 19, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) in the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch Branch on May 27, 2020.

1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;

A. On April 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) up to 19:37 on April 1, 2020, at the DNA aggregate extraction site operated by the victim C who permanently resides in the border area B; (b) and (c) destroyed the victim’s supervision by carrying the victim’s cargo onto the cargo vehicle Eco-do Bade, one of which is equivalent to KRW 2,000,000,000, market price of the victim’s supervision was neglected; (c) two of the chain block at the market price of KRW 60,00,00,000; and (d) one of the towing lines at the market price of KRW 480,00,00,00

B. On May 5, 2020, at around 22:00, the Defendant: “H” operated by the victim G while residing in the border of North Korea; and (b) took advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) took advantage of the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s KRW 35,00 of the market value at the display stand-down 1,200; and (d) type 1, brocin type 1, and brocin type 1.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment more than three times with prison labor and has committed larceny over two times during the period of repeated crime.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On April 1, 2020, at around 19:00, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 15.8 km from the front of the J Headquarters, located in the permanent residence of the North Korean territory, to the K apartment parking lot of the Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun, in around 20:30 on the same day through the above DNA aggregate extraction site.

B. On May 5, 2020, the Defendant was on the front side of M in the case of permanent residence in North Korea around 14:00.
