A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized 50,000 won paper 50,000 won (No. 3) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on 10 months from the Daegu District Court’s Ansan Branch Branch on November 2, 2004; one year from the imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on September 20, 2007; one year and two months from the imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. on October 6, 2009; five months from the imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act in the Daegu District Court’s Branch Branch on October 6, 201; one year and six months from the imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act in the Daegu District Court’s Branch on October 31, 201; and one year and six months from the imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act in the Daegu District Court’s Branch on October 30, 2014; and one year and one year from the Jeju District Court on July 18, 20.

1. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on May 8, 2019, stolen property worth KRW 10,414,000 in total over 15 times, as shown in the annexed Table 1, from around that time to May 17, 2019, in the “Cinaro” room of “Cina city” located in “Cina city”, and opened an unreshing clothes, and cut off cash worth of KRW 1.50,00,000, which is owned by the victim D in the said room.

2. On May 11, 2019, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 100 km from the road near the permanent permanent residence station at around 22:00 to the irregular place (hereinafter referred to as the “Suljin-gun in Ulsan-gun”), and the Defendant was driving the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for the vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for the vehicle from around 100 km to May 24, 2019. From around that time to around 09:00, the Defendant was driving the motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for six times in total as shown in attached Table 2.

1. The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F, G apartment around 17:45, May 21, 2019.
