Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from around 15:50 to around 16:30 to around 16:30, the Defendant was present at the meeting of the “National Assembly of the 1st century 1st century” where more than 10,000 people are present at the meeting of the Seoul plaza located in Tae-gu Seoul, Seoul, Seoul, to 4:16 Joint Organization; (b) from around 16:30 of the same day to around 6,000 women attending the meeting, the Defendant occupied the front lane of the vehicle in front of the meeting with the participants of the meeting, who moved along with 3:0 in a broad language square with the number of 6,00 people participating in the meeting, and opened the vehicle in front of the front line with the participants of the meeting.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.

2. On the same day as the above paragraph 1 of the same Article, the Defendant did not comply with the demand for voluntary dispersion, even though the chief of the police station, who was authorized by the chief of the police station, requested voluntary dispersion on the ground that he did not demand voluntary dispersion on the ground that he was not required by the chief of the police station, on the ground that he was not required to leave the line on the police bus, or that some participants took part in the National Assembly at the first instance of the Sewol ferry at around 19:00, with the number of participants 6,000 prior to the conference in the position of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul. However, the participants, including the Defendant, did not comply with the demand for voluntary dispersion.

Therefore, even though the director of the relevant security division issued the first dispersion order in around 19:20 on the same day, the second dispersion order in around 19:37 on the same day, the third dispersion order in around 19:37 on the same day, the fourth dispersion order in around 19:54 on the same day, the fourth dispersion order in around 20:12 on the same day, the fiveth dispersion order in around 20:41 on the same day, the sixth dispersion order in around 20:41 on the same day, and the seventh dispersion order in around 21:25 on the same day,

Accordingly, the Defendant refused to comply with the legitimate dispersion order by the head of the police station.
