Defendants shall be punished by each fine of KRW 500,000.
The Defendants did not pay the above fines.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From April 18, 2015 to April 2018:20 to 20:20, Defendant A occupied 6,000 participants who participated in the assembly of the “National Assembly of the 1st century” organized by the solidarity of April 16 to April 16, 2015, and obstructed vehicle traffic by occupying 8 lanes (two lanes in both directions) prior to the front of the Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Malargmunlar.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
2. On April 18, 2015, at around 15:00 to 16:30, the Defendant participated in a meeting of the “National Assembly in the first phase of March, 201,” in which more than 10,000 persons participated in the meeting from Seoul Square in Tae-gu, Seoul, Seoul to 16 Joint Organization:00, and from around 16:30 of the same day, the Defendant occupied more than 6,000 participants and more than 6,000 participants in the meeting to 8 lanes in Tae-gu, Tae-gu, Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant occupied the entire lane to the front side of the vehicle along with the other wall, and obstructed the direction of traffic in front of Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul to 20:20:0 on the same day.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
3. On April 18, 2015, at around 15:00 to 16:30, the Defendant participated in a meeting of the “National Assembly in the first phase of March, 201,” in which more than 10,000 persons participated in the meeting from Seoul Square in Tae-gu, Seoul to 16 Joint Organization:00 on April 18, 2015; from around 16:30 of the same day, the Defendant occupied more than 6,000 participants and more than 8 lanes in Tae-gu, Tae-gu, Seoul, Seoul, with more than 18:20 to 205, and obstructed the direction of traffic in front of Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.
4. Defendant C is from April 18, 2015 to from 19:00 to 20:35.
