1. On March 24, 2013, Defendant A posted an article to the effect that Defendant A’s sole criminal conduct would sell a double-high sick sick sick sick sick sick sick sick in the Internet’s residence located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and said, Defendant A said that he would deposit KRW 120,000 to the victim G who made contact with it, and send the sick sick sick sick sicks to his home.
